Refund Policy

Guise offers a 30-day return policy, giving customers 30 days after receiving their item to request a return. Each customer's first return is free, with no restocking fee and free shipping. To start a return, please contact us at support@guisemen.com.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. For online orders, a receipt is provided at the time of purchase via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’re happy to refund the product price if you're not satisfied and provide free shipping for your return, but we can’t refund the original shipping cost.

Partial Returns & Multipacks

If returning part of a multi-pack purchase, the refund will be adjusted based on the regular, non-discounted price of the items kept rather than the per-unit price from the discounted pack.

For example, if a multi-pack was purchased at a discount, and only some items are returned, the refund will reflect the standard individual price of the items retained. This ensures fairness and prevents partial returns from being used to obtain a discount on single items.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
